The Norsemen Restaurant & Walker Lake Resort is on the south-east shore of Walker Lake.   Just 10 kilometers East of Huntsville along Highway 60, then 2 kilometers north on the Limberlost Road.

From the outskirts of Toronto, this is a leisurely 2-1/4 hour drive. Take the time to enjoy the scenery as you pass through the fertile farmland of Central Ontario. In less than an hour the landscape changes to the rugged countryside of the Muskoka Lakes. Magnificent rock cuts and stately trees line your route as you pass by the many lakes and rivers along the way.

Driving Directions
  • From Toronto, drive north on Highway 400.
  • About 4 km. north of Barrie take Highway 11 towards North Bay.
  • Continue up Highway 11 until you get to Highway 60 at the north end of Huntsville.
  • Travel east on Highway 60 about 12 km.
  • Turn left (north) on the Limberlost Road and drive 2 km.
  • Make a left turn onto Walker Lake Drive. Watch for the sign on your left.
  • Keep left at the fork in the road, then come straight up the driveway.
