The Oak is a two bedroom cottage with a large screened-in porch and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge and gas stove. There is also a coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and all linens - except beach towels.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. There is a four-piece bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 4 people (including babies and children). Propane BBQ and picnic table are also provided. The Oak and Acorn cottages are a duplex, or semi-detached. Each is a completely separate accommodation with its own entrance.
