The Birch Cottage is a modern, two-bedroom Viceroy building. It features a large spacious living room with wood-burning Napoleon fireplace. The cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass overlooking Walker Lake provides a beautiful view at any time of year. It feels like you're outside when you're inside. People's jaws fall when they walk in the door for the first time and see the gorgeous view.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge and stove, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. All linens are provided, with the exception of beach towels. There is also a modern four-piece bath. This cottage will accommodate a maximum of 6 people, with the couch in the living room converting to a double bed. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed. A gas BBQ and picnic table are located on the deck outside the sliding patio door. The sand beach and the dock are just steps away.
