The Birch Cottage is a modern, two-bedroom Viceroy building. It features a large spacious living room with wood-burning Napoleon fireplace. The cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass overlooking Walker Lake provides a beautiful view at any time of year.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge and stove, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. All linens are provided, with the exception of beach towels. There is also a modern four-piece bath. This cottage will accommodate a maximum of 6 people, with the couch in the living room converting to a double bed. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed. A gas BBQ and picnic table are located on the deck outside the sliding patio door. The sand beach and the dock are just steps away.
